The first of all in the case of to become physically fit . You have to follow strict diet at time .if you really want to become physically fit you have to take first step which is gain weight.If u want to make body like this.







You have to follow these steps÷
Step1÷Take proper diet full day
Step2÷Take diet which is full of nutrition likemilk,potatoes,bananas,seeds,peanuts & pulses these contain much protein and fats which help you to gain weight
Time table for your diet.
In morning I have to eat one banana and 1 glass milk.Which gives you 20 gm protein and banana is rich in far and carbohydrates .







Then you take your usual breakfast you have to take most of potatoes in your meals because potatoes are good source of fats which help you to gain weight very fastly .






Then you usually take your lunch you have to add pulses mostly because they are rich in protein and fibres which help to gain crabs in our body you have to also add rice they are good source of fat and carbs.


And at night dinner you have to eat normal food not a heavy food because it is difficult to digest food in night. Before going to bed you have to dip some oats and grams in water and eat them in morning and don't throw their water water contain such proteins 

So this is your full day diet plan if you try this diet at least 3 weeks you find best results .
