All people want a good health and fit body.

We can achieve a good health and fit body by two ways first is proper diet and proper exercise and yoga.

Proper diet ÷ proper diet is or good nutrition is key to healthy life .Good nutrition is mostly present in green leafy vegetables. We should eat green leafy vegetables for good immune system.
Healthy means also contain milk or dairy products like curd ,milk,butter .
