You come to my blog represents that your love to make your triceps bigger is very hard and want to make your triceps bigger and strong at home.If you want to do so ,you have to follow my tips and do these simple exercises.


Number 1 ex÷
Chair or bench dips

When you do this workout you should need a chair or a bench.You have to do it on chair as you feel more easy than bench.
You have to do this exercise like this.
Firstly you have to place your arms on the back chair and your legs on front chair.

Then lower your body with full energy on your arms this make all effort or load on your triceps and make them hard and wider.

Second exercise÷ This exercise is easier than first one. The name of this exercise is

Dead stop pushups÷

If you are a Berliner you have to do these pushups for better result.These pushups are easy from other pushups.It targets muscles like triceps and pectoral muscles.

Way to do÷ firstly take position of simple pushups with legs together legs straight and hands wider than shoulder .

And than lower your body and rests it on ground for a moment and then take it back to upper like this

Number 3 exercise ÷
Standing dumbel triceps extension

I'm this exercise you should need a dumbel .
Hold dumbel in your both hands and upper your hand to your head and using both hands lift the dumbel across the headat he back and then at head and down up and down. You have to do like this÷
