*Dumble side bend ÷ In this exercise you should need a dumbell only in your one hand and bent your body on that hand side do these as much as you can.

Barbell back squat÷ In this exercise you should need only a bad bell with no weight.
This effects most on your legs and  abs.

Then you have to do up and down you have to do as much as you can.
