Hi friends welcome to my blog . In this blog we will talk about home workout and diet before and after workout.firstly if you are slim and leen you have to make your body fit and gain your weight of you want to gain weight you can see my recent blog in which I described about weight gain diet.
Firstly to look fit and handsome you have to built your chest wider to make your chest wider you have to do these exercises.
Second exercise is ÷ bar dips which you have to do this makes your chest wider you have to do bar dips as you can do you can do hard workout in one day and then take rest in other 2 ays to make muscles relax and for recovery.
Second one is to make your triceps bigger this makes your body sexy and look your body more attractive.You have to do these exercises to make you triceps bigger and wider.
No 1 exercise is ÷ downward dog pushups
Second exercise for bigger triceps is÷
chair or triceps dips this makes full stress on your arms and help to make them wider.
Know we will talk about your diet before or after workout .
Firstly if you do workout in morning you have to dip some oats,almonds,and grams in water overnight and eat them before workout this make you more poweful and strenghtful.
And after workout you have to take 1 banana and 2 brown bread with peanut butter on it and eat them with 1 glass milk.
Second one is for people who do workout in evening they can eat collins before workout .
Collins is good source of protein and after workout you have to take a shame made by putting one banana and some peanut butter and 1 glass milk rich in protein.
